Taste : The Mango wine is not too sweet, and it’s very smooth. Hints of mango in the front of your palate with a subtle finish. This wine has a light delicate fruit taste with a nice soft finish.Mango is used for wine production due to its richness in sugar, organic acids, and flavonoids, making it suitable for fermentation, resulting in desirable physicochemical and functional attributes in the wine. Fruit wines should be served cool, similar to a white grape wine. The ideal serving temperature would be between 7ºC and 9ºC.Combine red wine, orange juice, lime juice, and your choice of fruit with some condensed milk or sweetened cream. You can add a splash of dark rum or brandy to give it an extra kick. Before serving, you could add club soda or sparkling wine to make the sangria more bubbly.
